09/11/2011 - Successful weekend at Toronto Motorsports Park! In his second run Smax ran a 5.45 @ 246 mph (slowing with a cylinder out at half track). 3.62 @ 227 mph at the 1/8th mile. In the first run the car had an oil breather line come off and catch fire! Smax and the car were fine, the only damage were a couple of burnt chutes and chute packs.

07/08/2011 - Hundreds look on as we warm up the engine and seat the clutch at the "Cruise Night" event in Port Huron Michigan, promoting the IHRA Mopar Nationals the following weekend at Grand Bend Motorplex.

09/24/2010 - Bob Leverich Jr. has passed away today after a courageous battle with cancer. Rest in peace Bob, we all miss you! www.bobleverich.com

09/05/2010 - 200 foot shakedown run trying out a new clutch at the Grand Bend Motorplex "THUNDER BY THE BEACH” event.

10/26/2009 - With the completion of the IHRA World finals our racing season has come to a end with a 7th place finish in the IHRA points and the Leverich Racing Team  would like to thank everyone that supported us in our venture in the Top Fuel class, stop back for updates and we are currently working on a schedule for the 2010 season and we will post it so soon as we can, see you all in the spring.

10/25/2009 - Paton beat us 3.315 to our 3.61, problems when the throttle stuck in shut down area but everyone is alright, check out Smax Smith's website for a detailed description of the incident from the drivers seat.

10/24/2009 - Racing at Rockingham NC has resumed, we qualified number 8 but banged the blower on the run, the crew is busy getting the car ready for first round tomorrow when we will race Todd Paton first round

10/23/2009 - Leverich Racing Fuel dragster is at Rockingham NC and ready for first qualifying run tonight.

10/15/2009 - Leverich Racing will be heading to Rockingham North Carolina to compete at the IHRA World Finals with some new go fast parts.

09/27/2009 - Team Leverich had to withdraw from eliminations at Budds Creek because of lack of parts and could not get the car ready for first round. They are on the way back to Michigan to get the car ready for Rockingham.
